What Our Users Say
Don't just take our word for it. Here's what our users have to say about our Android app.
"Lets me connect my 60CSx to my phone. Android says 'app may not work correctly', but so far it seems to be okay."

"This program used to work like a dream for all my Garmin devices and cellphones but I have come back to it recently using an LG6 and the cellphone will only recognise the units in USB mode."

"Not supporting foretrex 601. Not cool, when you call something a garmin up loader then you need to cover their product line. The foretrex is one of garmin biggest sellers. Very disappointing indeed. Developers you need to keep current with new products or inform customers that this no longer supports product from xx.xx.xxxx onwards!"
Paul Zernicke
"Works for tracks and routes with Garmin 64S with Asus ZenPad 8. Had first difficulty in connecting due to default setting of GPS for mass storage instead of 'Garmin spanner' setting. Trick is to boot GPS fully before connecting, then select 'no'. Excellent support by Michal."

"Works perfectly with a Garmin GPSmap 60CSX and a Galaxy S5. I've really wanted this for a long time for Geocaching, since in close quarters my GPS is more accurate than my phone. Update: Since installing this app, an OS update from Samsung and/or AT&T has broken it. It appears to be a problem with Android 5.1.1 on the Galaxy S5 (at least the AT&T version). (Second update: It is fixed on 6.0.1. The remainder of this comment describes how Michal tried to help when it was broken.) Michal was very helpful when I reported the problem; he sent me a debugging version of the app, which was able to isolate the problem. It appears to be a USB problem; a google search shows others having the same problem with other apps on Galaxy S5 running Android 5.1.1. Unfortunately, he did not have a fix. Surprisingly, the app works fine on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, also running Android 5.1.1, so it appears to be specific to the S5. I am going to leave my original 5 star rating, as the problem was caused by Samsung or AT&T, and Michal did try to help. But I would definitely recommend testing with GPS Protocols before buying this app; it exhibits the same failure."
